Women Who Lead: Connecting Veteran and Non-Veteran Women. Forums & Summits

The Forum’s Impact: Speaking Up, Growing Together
As a John Maxwell Team certified leadership trainer, speaker and coach, the co-host team and I build camaraderie, enhance public speaking skills, and expand leadership capacity, while fostering mutual support among Veteran and non-Veteran women. This is a complimentary monthly member-led virtual or in-person meeting held 2nd Wednesdays at 7:30 a.m. Arizona time.
During the "2ndHr," from 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m., we focus on building relationships and fostering support for one another.
We look forward to having you and your team join us!

The 2026 Women Who Lead Summit: A New Standard Set. We are deeply grateful to presenting sponsor Achieve for helping make it happen.
We were thrilled to recognize three outstanding civilian veteran champions:
Cindy Casaus, Assistant Director at the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (or AZ ROC), has built one of the most veteran-supportive industry eco-systems in state government.
Jessica Pierce, the Executive Director of Career Connectors, has guided more than 80,000 job seekers — including over 1,500 veterans, service members, and military spouses — toward meaningful employment.
Laura Roman is a Homes for Heroes Real Estate Affiliate. She has given back more than $250,000 to military families, expanding access to homeownership, financial stability, and generational wealth.
None of this happens without our sponsors:
- Arizona Escrow & Financial Corporation
- BMO Commercia Bank
- BNSF Railway
- Copper State Credit Union
- FIRST PAGE
- Harnish, Lori Ann
- Moore, Jack and Renee
- Northern Trust
